Welcome to Tyneside Coachworks

Tyneside Coachworks began as a small family business specialising in car and light commercial vehicle repairs back in May 2001. The business grew very quickly, leading us to relocate to larger premises in 2003, enabling us to progress into repairs and painting of heavy commercial vehicles. In 2008 we expanded our services to include bodybuilding and fabrication, allowing us to offer a one stop shop to our customers.

In April 2012 the company moved to larger premises in Follingsby Park, Wardley.

Our estimates are free of charge and carried out by a Thatcham trained estimator. We also offer a free collection and delivery service.

All members of staff are NVQ level 3, City and Guilds trained or are part of an approved apprenticeship scheme with Gateshead and Sunderland College. We also have an ATA approved Senior Paint Technician, an ATA approved Senior Panel Technician and an ATA approved Fitter (MET).

We are still very much a family orientated business, which we feel allows for greater flexibility within the workplace and offers a friendly, yet professional service. Our reputation and customer base has been established purely through word of mouth and recommendation and has been retained due to the quality of work and friendly environment.
