We have a fully equipped car and commercial vehicle bodyshop which is approx 12,000 square feet. The bodyshop is separated into 3 parts, a bodybuilding and fabrication centre, a repair and panel shop and a paint shop.

Repair Shop

The panel and repair shop is equipped with a Car-o-Liner Jig and the relevant measuring equipment, a Clarke Strongarm dozer along with various trolley jacks, axle stands, moving equipment, a Mig welder, Mig brazer, aluminium welder, spot welder, and various hand and air tools.

We only use genuine manufacturers' parts, unless we are specifically asked to use alternatives, or we are supplied with the parts by the customer.

Paint Shop

The paintshop houses 2 JunAir heated and ventilated spray booths. The car booth is large enough to hold most vans and the commercial booth is 60 feet long and 15 feet high allowing us to paint the largest commercial vehicles.

We have car and commercial paint mixing schemes allowing us to mix the required amount of paint in the correct colour in our purpose-built mixing room. We have the latest computer technology to assist us with this along with scales and measuring equipment.

Bodybuilding and Fabrication Centre

This centre houses various pieces of machinery including bending machines, a large guillotine, combination welders, cutting equipment and various hand and air tools and a fork lift truck.
